How to Have a Successful Fair

Let Your Fans Know You're Coming!

1. Design

Themes: visual theme this is year is “pompoms, dots & bubbles”. Incorporating these themes in your exhibition or really thinking about how your booth and displays are going to best present the theme for your brand will help better advertise your brand and your products. Make sure you display your website and social media handles prominently so social media influencers do not need to search for them.

2. Camera Ready

You will have local, national & international media walking by your exhibit at the Fair. Are you ready to tell the story of your brand & feature product? Making sure your exhibition has a photographable element will enable the media to tell a strong visual story.

3. Follow-up

It is important to follow-up with the new connections you make. Photographs and videos make the biggest impressions so share them online and tag us/share with us on either of the following platforms:

What Past Exhibitors Say

“The entire ChiTAG week of events are incredibly valuable for me and Marbles. Each year, I meet people and companies that have changed my business for the better. As an example, a casual conversation with an inventor at ChiTAG two years ago, evolved into a partnership that created Otrio, the current best selling game at Marbles. A year later, the Target buyer saw Otrio at ChiTAG Fair and decided to add it to their stores as well as some of our other games! Needless to say, ChiTAG is one of the most important events I attend each year.” - Scott Brown, Co-Founder and Chief Merchant, Marbles the Brain Store

“ChiTAG is an incredible event. We’ve made a distribution deal, sold over 100 games (and took orders for more) to consumers at the show each year and have licensed items from inventors we met with at the show. However, what I like best is the fact that Mary generates so much media coverage at ChiTAG. We will be investing in interactive exhibits for the next show that we hope will be a big hit. Thanks, Mary for getting this event rolling.” David Norman, Goliath Games and Pressman Toy

“We love participating at ChiTAG. The event gives us a condensed opportunity to play our games with kids and families who might not otherwise find us. We learn something new each time we’re there – about our games, our stickers, what’s interesting to kids right then.”

Donna Jaffe, Peaceable Kingdom

“Our organization is very very excited about being more greatly involved with the ChiTAG events moving forward. Our debriefing here at HQ was met by applause and much enthusiasm. Thank you for what you do.” — Michael De Camp, Jazwares
