Mr. Heraman is Managing Director of Investments at Futures NYC Accelerator + Innovation Fund, where he is helping to define the future of brand experiences by investing in experiential marketing & retail technologies.

He is the founder of Anvil Venture Partners, a seed stage fund. Previously, he was a co-founder of Aegis Investment Partners, a corporate venture capital fund.

He is an investor in or board member/advisor of numerous ventures including: Benefunder, Candy Lab AR, Dynepic, iOKids, MetroButler and Biba Ventures. He also is co-owner of the beloved Hudson Valley lifestyle brand, Karina Dresses.

He works with several non-profits, including Hudson Valley Advanced Manufacturing Center, the original MakerBot Smart Lab, where he is Investor in Residence; TiE New York, where he was a founding board member (1999-2001); The CORO Foundation, which named him to the prestigious Leadership New York Program (2000-1) and; Rhizome.org, the world's first digital art space on the web (1996).
