Standard Booth

Standard Booths are sold in 10'x10' units and $12/square foot ($1200 per 10'x10'). You can add/combine units to accommodate your display requirements. (e.g. 10x20 booth is 2 units totaling $2400, 50x50 is 25 units totaling $30,000, etc.). 


A Standard Booth includes: 

  • 8 foot back drape in show colors (blue and white)

  • 3 foot side drape in show colors  where appropriate

  • 7" x 44" company sign

  • Company Name listed in Fair Program


Floor covering, tables and electric are all purchased separately through the show decorator. Please refer to Exhibitor Manual.

Table Spaces are $600. Let us know if your want your table in the:

  • Beer Garden

  • Baby & Toddler Space 

  • Inventor/First-time exhibitor spaces. (Five tables in a common 10'x20'  area in a horseshoe configuration. includes a 6'x2' skirted table, carpeting and 2 chairs.)


Table spaces are restricted on display options.

  • Up to a 3' x 8' pull up banner behind your table.

  • Max 2 people may staff the table at a time behind table. For the front of the table, additional free trade passes are available

  • You may supply your own table covering

  • You may use product displays on the table, max height  36"

  • Electricity is not included,  you can order it from the Exhibitor Manual.
